Should We Offer Geothermal Service Contracts? You Decide. + Our Team Spotlight is on Nikki

Do Our Customers Actually Want a Service Plan? Let’s Talk About It.

At our core, we believe in going deep—not wide. We’re one of the only companies in Kansas City that focuses exclusively on geothermal heating and cooling and radiant floor heating. That’s it. No gas furnaces, no forced-air quick installs, and definitely no cookie-cutter service calls. Just the complex, high-efficiency systems that most get-in-and-out contractors avoid. Why? Because geothermal and radiant systems demand a level of expertise, planning, and care that general HVAC simply doesn’t.

We’ve built a loyal customer base—around 5,000 strong—and that’s because we’ve stayed laser-focused on doing one thing exceptionally well. But as our base grows, so does the question: Should we offer a service plan? We’ve never pushed contracts. That’s not our style. But maybe it’s time to offer one by design, not default—something built specifically for geothermal and radiant systems, with zero fluff, and real value for customers who want peace of mind, priority scheduling, system longevity, and maximum efficiency.

This isn’t about adding a revenue stream. It’s about doing right by our customers—especially those who’ve told us they’d love proactive maintenance, reminders before heating or cooling seasons, filter replacements, or discounts on repairs. But we’re not just going to assume. We want your input. What would you want in a service plan? What’s worth paying for? What’s just noise?

We built a short, no-pressure survey to find out. It’s your chance to tell us if a plan makes sense, and what it should include—if anything at all. If enough people speak up, we’ll craft a geothermal + radiant service program worth its weight in BTUs. If not? No harm done. At least we asked the right people.
