GEOCARE members pay just $15 per month, or $180 per year, for professional maintenance of their geothermal system.
For customers who are not enrolled in GEOCARE, the current maintenance rate is $200 per visit. That rate is scheduled to increase to $225 later this year, and we anticipate non-member maintenance pricing reaching approximately $250 by June 2027 as labor, insurance, fuel, vehicle, and operating costs continue to rise.
By enrolling in GEOCARE, customers receive ongoing professional maintenance while avoiding larger one-time service expenses and benefiting from a lower annual cost.

Because GEOCARE members schedule maintenance in advance, ECS can perform service visits during the spring and fall maintenance seasons and group appointments by geographic area. By servicing multiple systems within the same ZIP code and timeframe, we reduce fuel consumption, truck wear and tear, technician travel time, and overall operating costs.
Instead of spending hours driving across the metropolitan area between individual appointments, our technicians can focus on maintaining geothermal systems and providing excellent customer service.
Those efficiencies help lower our costs, allowing us to pass the savings directly to GEOCARE members.
