Over the past year, we’ve had many conversations with ECS Geothermal customers about system maintenance and long-term care.

Here is what you wanted:
A simple, structured way to keep their geothermal system running at its best.
While geothermal systems are known for their reliability and longevity, regular maintenance helps protect performance and extend equipment life.

Simple, Affordable Coverage
GEOCARE plans will be available starting at approximately $15–$40 per month, depending on system type and coverage level.

Contract Care vs. Pay-As-You-Go Service
With a GEOCARE Service Agreement, homeowners receive scheduled system care and preferred service access without the uncertainty of calling for service only when something goes wrong.

Two Easy Ways to Enroll
Beginning in April, customers will be able to enroll in GEOCARE in two simple ways:

• Sign up directly through our website
• Ask your ECS service technician during your next maintenance or service visit

Our team will walk you through the options and help you choose the plan that fits your system and home.
